What You'll Do: Perform/supervise services like line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, repairs — always prioritizing superior quality Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment (training provided) Plan sites, prep materials, execute to high standards Interact professionally with clients on-site Meet safety, quality, and deadline requirements Report progress/issues and train crew members What We're Looking For Experience in pavement maintenance, line striping, asphalt, construction, or related hands-on work (preferred but not always required- we value attitude and willingness to learn) Valid driver's license with clean record (required) Strong mechanical skills for tools/machinery Leadership and communication abilities Flexible availability (evenings/weekends/overnight) Detail-oriented, reliable, committed to top-quality work Physical fitness for outdoor demands What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Training and growth in a fast-growing company Tools, equipment, vehicles provided Supportive team that values hard work and quality Outdoor role with visible daily results Ready to lead with excellence and mechanical know-how?
