You can now text "Jobs" to 763-296-1077 to learn more!   POSITION SUMMARY The Machine Operator Apprentice is an entry-level manufacturing position designed for individuals who are interested in developing technical skills in a production environment. This role works alongside experienced operators to learn how to safely operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while producing quality parts and products. No prior machine operating experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in manufacturing. VALUES  * Innovation  * Commitment & Passion  * Integrity  * Team & Relationships  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate assigned machinery under close supervision, following standard work instructions and safety procedures. Perform basic machine tasks such as loading/unloading materials and initiating cycles. Training will be provided on: * How to set up and run a production machine from prints, sketches, and work instructions * Reading calibrated measuring tools (caliper, tape measure) ATTRIBUTES * Strong mechanical skills * Manage multiple tasks without losing sight of objectives * Independent, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated QUALIFICATIONS * Basic computer knowledge. * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Ability to read a tape measure This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour.  The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.  In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
