Machinist – $15-$20/Hour | Experienced & Entry-Level Candidates Welcome We’re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a Machinist position in Dresden, OH! This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist or someone with a strong manufacturing background who is ready to learn machining skills. Starting Pay: $15-$20/hour Location: Dresden, OH Job Type: Full-Time Experienced machinists are encouraged to apply, but entry-level candidates may also be considered and trained. You do not have to know everything about machining to be considered. We’re looking for someone with a solid work history, good attendance, manufacturing experience, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do Set up and operate machining equipment according to specifications Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production requirements Measure and inspect parts using appropriate measuring tools Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting Monitor parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures What We’re Looking For Previous machining experience is a plus, but not required Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred Strong and consistent work history Good attendance and dependable work ethic Willingness to learn new equipment and machining processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical job duties Have manufacturing experience but you’re new to machining?
