Serving residents in a very active community full of fun, family, and opportunities to serve.  Job Description Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detail-oriented and friendly. Responsibilities * Maintain swimming pool, spa, ponds and other water features on property, including routine cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing. * Monitor building access,respond to alarms ,resident pendants, and report safety or security concerns. * Assist residents, staff , and visitors as needed. * Complete work orders using TELS phone app. * Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, troubleshooting. * Respond to maintenance emergencies such as plumbing, electrical, or equipment issues within scope of training. * Assist with room turns, work orders, and facility  upkeep.
