Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker)

Our Florence, KY location has an opening for a 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.  Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am The starting pay for this position is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments.  Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training for you to succeed in our team-oriented environment. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay  for this position is $21 - $22 hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
