Requirements What We’re Looking For Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or medication assistance preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures Dependable, responsible, and compassionate Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while being part of a team Must meet all applicable California requirements for the position Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
