Preferred Qualifications Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software An interest in Power, Water, Transportation, or Building Engineering Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program and graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of task An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, employee health, performance, and success, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus and tuition reimbursement. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,304.00 - $102,625.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
