You will work closely with the Development team while participating directly in the real estate development process. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain direct exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate development projects.  [https://www.cproperties.com/hubfs/2026%20Ultipro%20Graphic.png] Position Specifics:    * Full-Time during Summer 2027 * Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour  Essential Responsibilities:   * Report on project costs, project schedule variance, and recovery options.  * Conduct market research and competitive analysis on multifamily housing developments.  * Draft and distribute consultant proposals to support project planning.  * Prepare and send Will Serve, Access, and Zoning request letters to relevant stakeholders.  * Assist with early-stage project reconnaissance, including impact fee assessments, code reviews, and desktop research.  * Provide general administrative support to the Development team on various project-related tasks and initiatives.   Skills for Success:   * Junior or senior level student in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related program  * Interest in a career in real estate development  Why You'll Love Life at Continental:  Our award-winning culture fosters innovation and empowers our team members to lead.
