Paint Prep Technician

Description Rally Fleet is seeking paint prep professionals for work in a lean management re-manufacturing facility in the Dayton OH area. Qualified candidates will have an understanding of priming, masking, sanding, cleaning, and preparing new and damaged panels for the refinish process. Ability to buff is a plus. The ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude is a must. This position offers paid training and career development opportunities.
