With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. To expand access in underserved rural areas, we offer $90,000–$105,000 in total annual income for therapists hired in one of our rural clinics, including $77,000–$85,000 in salary, $10,000–$25,000 for student loan repayment in your first year, and a $10,000 relocation bonus. What Does Your Role Look Like? Manage a Balanced Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 11-12 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care.
