Plant Processing Foreman - 2nd Shift

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking full-time Plant Processing Foreman - 2nd Shift to join our team! The Plant Processing Foreman will be responsible for material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment, and the management of 4-8 people directly reporting to this role. This position will also oversee the efficient operation of all plant processes, ensure productivity targets are achieved, SOPs are followed, and all plant safety standards are adhered to. The Foreman will also be responsible for completing scheduled reports on time and reporting variances to senior management. Growth Opportunity! Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on the plant floor. * Directly manage, coordinate, and lead 4–8 employees on the second shift. * Enforce all plant safety regulations, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain a hazard-free work environment * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Associate's degree required * Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks * Minimum 1 year of foreman experience * Ability to drive company vehicles * Reliable and accurate reporting skills * Positive work ethic * Willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment * Proven work experience * Willing to work inside and outside in all weather Shifts: 2nd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4pm-1am Pay: 2nd Shift: $35/hr. with opportunities for raises after 90 days Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) + match * Paid Time Off * Growth Opportunities Who We Are: Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005.
