This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn the plumbing trade or build on existing experience while working alongside experienced licensed plumbers. Pay & Growth $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and skill level Performance-based raises, bonuses, and incentives Hands-on training with experienced plumbers Opportunity to advance into a Plumbing Technician / Service Plumber role Responsibilities Assist plumbers with residential repairs, installations, and service work Help with water heaters, repipes, water lines, sewer/drain work, fixtures, gas piping, and other plumbing projects Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials Assist with digging, demolition, pipe installation, and jobsite cleanup Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Learn plumbing systems, installation methods, safety procedures, and code requirements Communicate professionally with customers and team members Requirements Plumbing, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on trade experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand and power tools Punctual, reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, outdoors, and on ladders Ability to follow instructions, apply what you learn, and work well as part of a team About Us Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lawrenceville & Dacula provides professional residential and commercial plumbing services throughout North Georgia.
