The Business and Service Development Team plays a key role in supporting the effective operation and ongoing development of oral health services through strategic planning, policy development, service improvement, and project delivery. The team works across OHST to implement new programs and initiatives that strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes for patients and staff. THE ROLE Join Oral Health Services Tasmania as a Clinical Programs Support Officer, providing administrative support to statewide clinical programs. Working closely with program managers and senior clinicians, you will coordinate day-to-day program activities, manage appointments and documentation, support patient communication, assist with billing and administrative processes, and contribute to the efficient delivery of oral health services across Tasmania. YOU WILL NEED * Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. * The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.  * Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.  * Experience coordinating bookings, records, and documentation.  * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.  * A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  * A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering excellent customer service. * The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application. DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 10 March 2028. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. SALARY $76,849 to $82,996 per annum + our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025 SALARY PACKAGING You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
