Production Operator

We are headquartered in Rio Rico, Arizona, with additional operations in Nogales, Mexico. Gillman is an ISO9100-AS9100-registered manufacturer of high-reliability electrical cables and harnesses for military ground vehicles and other ruggedized applications. This position reports directly to the Production Manager Key Responsibilities Understand, interpret, and apply the plant’s Quality Policy to daily work. Follow and comply with all internal work rules and safety procedures. Perform assigned production or process operations in accordance with the approved work instructions. Carry out tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines. Follow and execute instructions provided by the Production Supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately. Requirements Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
