Project Engineer- Intern  Role Summary Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, and working nationally, Welty has served the construction needs of clients throughout Ohio for 80 years. Specializing in construction management, general contracting, design-build, and integrated project delivery. The Welty Building Internship | Co-Op Program is designed to learn about life at Welty Enterprises and help us assess candidates’ abilities and fit within the company. Interns and Co-Ops work on a broad range of projects, within the company. Interns and Co-Ops routinely accompany our managers to projects and observe client meetings. In addition to gaining experience during the program, Interns and Co-Ops have several opportunities to meet the team who make Welty Enterprises so successful. By the end of the Internship | Co-Op Program candidates will have had the opportunity to develop a strong familiarity with Welty Enterprises, its team, and the local community. All students may apply for Internship or Co-Op positions. Welty Enterprises conducts interviews year-round, attends several college career fairs in the fall and spring. We are currently hiring interns out of our Fairlawn, OH HQ location.
