Job Description About the Receptionist position The Receptionist serves as the first impression of Donor Network of Arizona, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, employees, vendors, and community members. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting office administration, coordinating visitor access, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hospitable environment. More than a receptionist, this role helps create a positive workplace culture by ensuring guests feel valued, employees receive support, and day-to-day office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, organized, proactive, and energized by helping others. This role is best suited for someone who is professional, approachable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for everyone who interacts with the organization. Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression through friendly, professional interactions Greet guests, employees, vendors, and community members while providing exceptional customer service Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, and sign-out procedures Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Process and distribute incoming mail and packages throughout the organization Coordinate outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery and processing Maintain inventory of kitchen, beverage, and office supplies Order supplies and organize storage areas to support daily operations Respond to public inquiries and provide general information about the organization and donation Interact with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and office services Report facility-related concerns and assist with follow-up as needed Support departments with administrative projects and special assignments as needed Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational operations Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm. No remote work.
