Recruiting & Business Development Associate Job Type: Full-Time About the Position We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and organized Recruiting & Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, making phone calls, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position combines recruiting and business development, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills in both areas. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting candidate phone screens and interviews, managing job postings and hiring platforms, communicating with applicants, and helping identify and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities Recruiting & Candidate Management Conduct initial phone screens with job candidates. Assist with second interviews and candidate evaluations. Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-ups. Post and maintain job openings on Indeed and other hiring platforms. Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records. Source candidates through job boards, online platforms, and other recruiting methods. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates. Work with management to identify and improve recruiting strategies. Business Development & Client Outreach Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities. Make outbound phone calls and send emails to prospective clients. Introduce our company's services to prospective customers. Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients. Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally. Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients. Participate in in-person visits with potential and existing clients. Assist in developing new accounts and obtaining new business contracts. Maintain organized records of business development activities and follow-ups. Work with management to develop strategies for expanding our client base. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, motivated, and comfortable communicating with people. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional and positive attitude. Confidence speaking with candidates, clients, and business professionals. Comfort making outbound phone calls. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong computer and communication skills. Ability to learn new software, hiring platforms, and CRM systems. A willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
