Enter required data into carrier files within multiple operating systems. Scan documents into the imaging system for safe storage and future reference. Enter new carrier information into multiple operating systems. Revise, review and update data for existing carrier files within multiple operating systems. Solicit carriers in order to collect any missing information that is required to meet U.S. Xpress Logistics Brokerage requirements. Ensure that accurate data is entered into multiple operating systems. Follow U.S. Xpress Logistics Brokerage standard operating procedures for carrier compliance. Communicate with Carrier Reps through various means in order to collect and distribute carrier compliance information. Daily reporting and transmission of U.S. Xpress Logistics Brokerage KPI to key business owners. Regimented reporting and auditing of carrier compliance data. Direct support to the Carrier Compliance Team Leader. What We’re Looking For: Education Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma. Experience Experience in the transportation industry a plus. Skills/Certifications Demonstrate basic computer skills and ability to type 25-30 wpm. Excellent verbal communication skills.Uses telephone techniques effectively. Effective time management.Able to process large volumes of transactions quickly and accurately.Works well under stress. Develops and maintains positive customer relations.Knows and understands the needs of carriers Good problem-solving skills. Work Environment / Physical Requirements – Normal office settings.
