Replenishment Driver – 2nd Shift

Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to support our replenishment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at height, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Hours: M-F 4:00pm - 12:30am, with opportunity for overtime Key Responsibilities: Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift and Stand-Up Reach forklift safely and efficiently. Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins; break open cases into individual units as needed. Handle products with precision to maintain accuracy and prevent damage. Use RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates. Safely secure and transport loads at elevation (up to 30 feet). Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues or concerns. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols. Support general warehouse functions as needed. Requirements Requirements: 1+ year of Cherry Picker experience required – must be comfortable operating at elevated heights. Attention to detail is a must – this role directly impacts order accuracy and quality. Experience using RF scanners preferred. Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
