You will: * Assist with residential electrical service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations * Learn the basics of residential electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, lighting, outlets, switches, and other components * Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues * Learn how to safely use electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and testing equipment * Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for service and installation work * Learn proper electrical repair and installation procedures * Follow applicable safety requirements, company procedures, and electrical codes * Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas * Protect customers' homes and property while performing work * Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners * Learn how to explain electrical findings and solutions to customers * Assist with accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan or similar software * Maintain tools, materials, equipment, and company vehicles * Apply coaching and feedback as you develop your skills * Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism, reliability, integrity, and pride WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You may be a great fit if you have: * A genuine interest in building a career in the electrical trade * No previous professional electrical experience required * Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands * Willingness to learn electrical tools, systems, and terminology * Ability to follow instructions and apply feedback * Strong work ethic and dependable attendance * Commitment to safety and quality * Professional communication skills * Strong customer service mindset * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to work in a physically active environment, including attics, crawl spaces, and varying indoor and outdoor conditions * Willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening Previous experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, automotive repair, mechanical work, or another hands-on trade is a plus, but not required.
