We’re hiring a Roving Assistant Manager to support multiple communities across the Wilsonville, OR area. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and making an impact wherever you go- this role is for you.
Title: Roving Assistant Manager
Schedule: Full-time; must be available for weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours emergency support.
Training Schedule: Friday through Monday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch.
Work-Life Balance: We know consistency matters. Once hired, you'll select two permanent days off each week, creating a reliable schedule you can plan around while still enjoying the variety and excitement of supporting multiple communities. Friday through Monday availability is required.
Home Property: SandyPlace Apartments will serve as your home base. Depending on your location and business needs, your home property may change over time.

What You’ll Do
Travel between properties to fill staffing gaps and support teams
Jump into daily operations (leasing, admin, office support)
Tour prospects, process applications, and support renewals
Assist with rent collection, reporting, and resident files
Handle resident concerns and deliver great customer service
Coordinate with maintenance and vendors
Inspect units and support property upkeep
Step into Leasing Agent or Assistant Manager duties as needed
Help teams stay organized, compliant, and running smoothly
What You Bring
6–12 months of property management experience
Leasing + Assistant Manager experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in new environments
Highly organized and able to multitask
Basic Fair Housing knowledge
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or similar (preferred)
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Comfortable with frequent travel and schedule flexibility
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, and computer use throughout the day
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Walking properties, climbing stairs, and inspecting units
