Description About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Application Engineering Intern to support our engineering and sales teams. This internship is ideal for students interested in applying their technical background to customer-focused problem-solving. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to hydronic specialty equipment, combustion systems, and energy-efficient solutions—while learning how to translate engineering principles into real-world applications that meet client needs.. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties include, but are not limited to: Assist sales engineers in developing technical proposals and application solutions for combustion, boiler, and hydronic systems. Support product selection, configuration, and system design to meet customer requirements. Participate in project meetings and client discussions to understand technical and application needs. Help prepare technical drawings, performance data, and documentation for submittals. Conduct product and competitor research to support solution development. Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field). Interest in energy-efficient systems, hydronic applications, and combustion technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CAD or similar engineering tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
