Your growth is our priority! As a Shop Technician, you will.. Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences * Deliver quality service to customers by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit). * Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay. * Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service and review completed work. * Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations. * Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations.  Hands-On Service Work (Greeter, Hood, Pit) * Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures. * Execute technician duties across Greeter, Hood, and Pit roles as trained. * Complete required safety checks and verify service accuracy with team members. * Follow proper callouts and communication to ensure safe and efficient service flow. Safety & Teamwork * Follow all safety procedures and use proper tools and equipment * Help identify vehicle concerns and communicate them to the team * Work together with your team to maintain a safe, efficient shop * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Complete opening and closing duties. * Hold road signs and perform other tasks as needed. * Support team workflow by assisting in different roles based on business needs. * Complete all other duties as assigned. Training & Development * Participate in hands-on training and complete required certifications. * Continuously develop skills across all service positions. * Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Valid driver’s license required. (NC & TX) * Reliable transportation required. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Basic computer skills or the ability to quickly learn company systems. Work Environment & Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods of time. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Ability to work in an automotive service environment. * Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments. * Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary.
