What You'll Do
As a School Aide / Instructional Aide, you'll work alongside teachers to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.
Responsibilities include:
Support students in the classroom and during school activities
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance
Reinforce positive behavior and classroom routines
Assist with transitions, lunch, recess, and daily activities
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Help create a safe, positive learning environment
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
Patient, caring, and dependable
Comfortable working with children
Strong communicators and team players
Eager to learn and make a difference
Experience in education, childcare, caregiving, ABA, behavioral support, or healthcare is a plus-but not required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation

Most days are rewarding and filled with student successes. Some assignments may involve supporting students with behavioral or emotional challenges. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
