Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst. This position will be located at our Space sector in Colorado Springs, CO. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector Advanced Mission and Space Processing Operating Unit. Roles and Responsibilities Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Process subcontractor invoices using the PLSC2 system Support earned value contracts by preparing reports for the program/technical team to analyze Basic Qualifications: A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Has completed their degree Bachelor’s from an accredited institution Having majored in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration / Management, Economics or similar field 0-2 years of related experience Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) Good communication skills Experience with Microsoft suite tools Preferred Qualifications: Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher Experience with SAP and Cobra (earned value tool) Salary Range: $57,300 to $85,900 campusjobs Primary Level Salary Range: $57,300.00 - $85,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
