Description
As an AV Intern at Threshold, you’ll be an integral part of our consulting team, contributing to real project work while building your technical and professional skills. You’ll receive hands-on training with AV design and modeling software, supported by experienced mentors. This Summer internship is designed to expand your knowledge, grow your professional network, and give you insight into a career in AV consulting.
Interns will gain experience across a wide range of consulting activities which vary depending on project timing and needs. Experiences often include:
Studying, modeling, and analyzing AV system elements, assisting with written deliverables, and developing design sketches and drawings.
Conducting technical research and giving input to the design process for real projects.
Participating in meetings and collaborating with colleagues and outside clients.
Traveling to on-site evaluations and construction progress reviews, witnessing real-world applications of AV system design and consulting work.
Accepting applications through January 20, 2027.
Salary Description
$23 - $25 per hour
