Austin Industrial delivers premier maintenance, construction, and soft craft services to the nation’s leading producers of oil, gas & chemicals; energy; and manufactured goods. As a merit shop, employee-owned company that self-performs more than 95% of a typical project scope, we pride ourselves on helping our customers maximize their return on investment.
Maintenance:
Austin considers every industrial maintenance contract to be a true team effort between us and the owner – prioritizing your bottom line as one of the most important measures of our success. Owners view us as a long-term partner in their plant maintenance operations. Austin’s maintenance division, supported by our powerful AIMS technology, can help reduce headcounts, control costs, increase productivity, and implement best practices.
Construction:
Austin expertly performs major grassroots construction projects, brownfield expansions, plant modernizations, and small capital improvement projects. Our ability to self-perform up to 99% of a construction project’s scope enables us to deliver first-class safety and high quality results – on time and within budget. As a single-source contractor, we promise our customers schedule reliability, transparency in reporting, firm cost control, and exceptional outcome certainty.
Soft Crafts:
Through Austin’s soft craft service programs, owners can reduce costs, streamline operations, and protect your assets in the critical project scopes of scaffolding, insulation, painting, and abatement services. We give our customers in the energy, manufacturing, refining, and chemical markets a strategic approach to the efficient management of their soft craft work. AIMS for Soft Crafts allows Austin to digitally track assets on site using QR or RFID tags, to create 3D scaffold designs, to quickly produce accurate material lists, and to monitor shipments and deliveries to the jobsite.
