2027 Summer Internship - Structured Finance - Superior, CO

Location: 1000 South McCaslin Boulevard, Superior Colorado Program Duration: MAY 26, 2027 – AUGUST 6, 2027 What does our Internship Program offer? Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters, offers feedback and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key. Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice. Structured Finance Internship This internship will support the Specialty Finance Lending (SFL) group. Examples of work our interns have been doing in this role: Analyze structured finance loan facilities & cash management structures Provide portfolio data & spreadsheet analytics Assist Account Management Team with pre- and post-closing activities Participate in communications to clients & lenders Assist Portfolio Management team with reporting/monitoring activities and related projects Qualifications An individual with a strong work ethic and a passion to be in a strategic, introductory position within one of the top structured finance lending teams in North America with a focus on the expanding sector of Private Credit Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree program with coursework in business, economics or another applicable program, with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2029 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel A minimum 3.3 undergraduate GPA Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities Analytical, insight generation, decision-making and logic skills If you are ready to learn more… Read about the Specialty Finance Lending unit and about KeyCorp at www.key.com. Compensation and Benefits This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $27 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus. KeyBank’s Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
