Northrop Grumman is seeking Supply Chain Planning Intern for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Salt Lake City, UT. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Operations’ Organization. Roles and Responsibilities Actively monitor supplier delivery and quality performance tracking Actively support functions to provide comprehensive business forecasting. Interfaced with Business Operations Manager to pull and analyze data for GSC Division. Coordinate with internal partners to develop competitive and non-competitive sourcing strategies. Extract, monitor, analyze and validate data and information from multiple sources. Develop engaging and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners / customers to drive problem resolution. Assists with technology strategy and business case development for sourcing evaluations (second/alternate sourcing) Basic Qualifications A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027 Be majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Operations Management, or closely related discipline Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027. Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) Should have a general understanding of Supply Chain Management principles Preferred Qualifications: · Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) Keen interest in Global Supply Chain functional group Exposure or experience with Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formulas, pivot tables and PowerPoint Intern Pay Range: Bachelor’s: $16.50 to $30.00 per hour Master’s: $23.75 to $37.25 per hour At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative. campusjobs The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
