RMA Utah, part of IVI RMA North America, is a leader in reproductive medicine and fertility care, helping patients navigate their family-building journeys through innovative treatment and exceptional clinical support. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Salt Lake City, UT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient care, values compassionate service, and is interested in developing specialized experience in fertility and women's health. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. As a Medical Assistant, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members to support patient care throughout the treatment process. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients while assisting with clinical procedures, coordinating care activities, and ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism. Essential Functions and Accountabilities:  * Assist Physicians with clinical procedures * Follow proper protocols for all procedures * Practice phlebotomy  * Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds. * Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol. * Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms. * Maintain clinical supplies inventory. * Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories. * Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results.
