Key responsibilities include: Assist with the development and preparation of client financial plans. Support portfolio construction, analysis, and client portfolio reviews. Reconcile and review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct investment and market research to support client needs and firm initiatives. Assist with the review and allocation of 529 college savings plans. Research client-specific questions and issues and present findings to team members. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to gain exposure to different areas of the business. Develop and present clear, concise analysis and recommendations. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred, or an undergraduate/graduate degree program aligned with the CFP® certification. Demonstrated interest in financial planning and wealth management. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and initiative. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment. The hourly range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
