About the Role As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing team as we bring innovative products to market. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to gain exposure across the full product lifecycle — from market research and data analysis to product launches and field support. What You’ll Do Support product lifecycle management (PLM) from concept through launch Assist with new product development, test markets, and launches Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor reviews Gather and analyze data to support forecasting and sales insights Create and present marketing concepts and strategic insights Work with systems such as Salesforce, GHX, MicroStrategy, and JD Edwards Provide phone and field support to sales teams Travel with sales representatives to understand customers and markets What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing field preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude Willingness to travel Why This Role Is Great for New Graduates Hands-on experience with product launches and commercialization Mentorship from experienced marketing and product leaders Exposure to data analysis, market research, and strategic marketing Cross-functional collaboration with sales and leadership teams Strong foundation for long-term growth in marketing or product management Work Environment This position is based in a professional office environment and is primarily sedentary, with occasional travel.
