Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and developmental disabilities develop important communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized teaching strategies, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to encourage skill development, increase independence, and support meaningful progress in their everyday lives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in: Psychology Child Development Education Social Work Behavioral Health Special Education Speech or Occupational Therapy Nursing and Healthcare What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress Communicate professionally with families and caregivers Attend ongoing training and team meetings Typical Sessions: 2–5 hours per session Children primarily ages 3–17 years Afternoon and evening schedules What We Offer Paid RBT Training Paid Clinical Training Paid Mileage & Drive Time Cell Phone Allowance IRA Retirement Plan Flexible Scheduling Paid Sick Time Annual Performance Reviews & Merit Increases Ongoing Clinical Support & Mentorship Career Advancement Opportunities What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience working with children is a plus, but not required Available a minimum of 15 hours per week Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply Apply today and begin your career with Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center.
