What you'll do
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions as outlined by individualized programs
- Track and record data accurately during sessions
- Use positive reinforcement to build motivation and momentum
- Partner with the clinical team to support consistent, high-quality care
- Work 1:1 with children ages 2–6
- Follow each child’s plan while keeping sessions playful and purposeful
What you need
- Experience working with small children (required)
- Enthusiasm, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Dependability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:15–4:15

Your Mission As an ABA Therapy Behavior Technician - In Clinic, you’ll help young children with Autism build life-changing skills through Applied Behavior Analysis in our Covington, LA clinic. This entry-level, full-time role exists to turn treatment plans into real progress—one energetic, encouraging session at a time.
