Account Coordinator

Overview: Manages long-term order releases, timelines, expedites, and purchase orders. Processes project specific sales data, progress reports, and other routine sales related records and reports. Assists sales staff with order queues. Typical Functions: Operates computer and appropriate software. Releases sales orders. Creates and submits purchase orders. Regularly reviews and updates sales queues. Communicates between departments, vendors, manufacturers and customers. Maintains a macro and micro overview of long-term projects. Answer routine questions about products, services, and order status. Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $28.85/hour depending on experience.
