What you'll do

• Manage fixed payments and variable expenses
• Manage bank deposits and budgets
• Audit financial documents and procedures
• Reconcile bank statements
• Calculate tax payments and returns

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required. Two years of experience in Accounting (Experiences in NetSuite and Bill.com are preferred). Working knowledge of US GAAP, procedures, practices, and internal control. Computer and accounting application proficiency, with advanced proficiency in Excel (especially Pivot Table, VLOOKUPs, etc.), Microsoft 365. Ability to provide business office and accounting services in a start-up environment. Demonstrated skill with business judgment, communication, and problem solving. Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing process improvements. Highly organized, independent, accountable, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, flexible, and accurate, with the ability to meet deadlines.
