Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Milwaukee. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to accurate financial reporting and process excellence. What you’ll do Support month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, management reporting, and account reconciliations Process intercompany and payroll transactions Collaborate with internal departments and global affiliates to answer accounting queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records Support the financial statement quarterly review and year-end audit process, including preparing supporting documentation, responding to inquiries, and preparing financial statements/footnotes Assist in special projects, as needed What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent education Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in JD Edwards or equivalent general ledger system Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities What you’ll get A role that offers variety and the chance to make a visible impact every day A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities About Sensient : Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
