Overview Full-Time, 30 hours | $23-$25/hour | Westin St. Louis | Downtown Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an exciting 30-hour per week position and contribute to the smooth financial operations of our establishment. In this role, you will manage guest, group, and direct bill accounts, prepare invoices and statements, follow up on outstanding balances, and reconcile receipts and reimbursements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records while demonstrating professional communication with clients and hotel departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in accounting, hotel front desk or hotel sales Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
