Assists in proactively maintaining the financial record by carrying out daily accounting tasks.
Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, account clearing, & invoice creation to ensure timely reconciliation.Reconcile General Ledger accounts, including balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, & intercompany accounts. Accurately analyzes financial data & compiles into clear reports to support projects. Proactively develops reconciliation campaigns through data analysis & problem solving. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis. Ensure process posterity & efficiency through the documentation of accounting practices.Collaborate with other finance departments to answer questions & assist with joint goals.Presence required on-site 5 days per weekPerforms other duties as assigned.
