Accounts Payable Specialist

In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly. Job Functions Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems Help process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues Partner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details Support audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed Supervisory Requirements: None Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This role is onsite in our brand new Downtown Delray Beach office.
