Position Summary

Human Resources & Payroll Administration
* Provide administrative support for the Human Resources & Payroll department.
* Maintain employee records and update information in ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
* Coordinate onboarding, data entry, employee status changes, and employment documentation.
* Support payroll processing, reporting, audits, and recordkeeping.
* Process employment verifications, garnishments, and unemployment requests.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and departmental documentation.
* Schedule interviews, meetings, orientations, and training sessions.
* Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Provide backup front desk reception coverage and assist with office operations, facilities, and company events.
* Support special projects within department and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 1-3 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or clerical experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
* Diligence and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
* Administrative experience supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Office Administration.
* Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Bluebeam or Adobe PDF
* Experience in construction or another fast-paced environment.
* Associate degree in a related field a plus.
* Bilingual English/Spanish.
