Job Overview The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative support to the assigned unit. The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, composing memos and meeting minutes, providing customer service, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work is required. Prior health care experience preferred. Compensation $25.00 - $29.32 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
