As an Administrative Operations Coordinator supporting Army of Normal Folks on our Activations team, you will help keep a growing podcast and its related initiatives organized, coordinated, and moving forward. You’ll spend most of your time (about 70%) driving day-to-day execution on projects and contributing to podcast coordination—owning timelines, tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping everyone aligned. The rest of your time (about 30%) will be dedicated to essential administrative support, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and documentation that keep the team running smoothly.
This is an early-stage, fast-evolving team. The scope of this role will continue to grow and change as our Activations work matures, so you should be comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape how we operate over time. This is an execution-focused position where you will proactively drive clarity, bring structure to moving pieces, and ensure follow-through. When this role is done well, ourefforts stay organized, on time, and high-quality, allowing the team to focus on strategy and partner engagement.
The role will be based in-person in our Ballston, VA office.
