What you'll do
- Provides health assessments and evaluations for clinic patients under physician supervision.
- Assesses, diagnoses, prescribes, treats, and educates patients.
What you need
- Education must comply with state licensing board education requirements Required
- Advanced Practitice Registered Nurse Licensed State of Florida Upon Hire Required
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS) American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
- Builds trust and rapport with patients and families through active listening, empathy, and timely, professional responses to inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive care experience.
- Demonstrated clear understanding of quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
- Skill in usage of medical diagnostic equipment, as well as working knowledge of instruments and supplies required to perform clinical procedures and physical examinations.
- Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems and document preparation.
- Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology, coding, collections, and federal / state laws governing medical compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
