Advocate

Status: Full-Time Hourly                    FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: $55,000-$58,38 Flexible Schedule may require evenings and weekends. Summary of the Position:  Hourly, Full-time position serving youth and families throughout Alameda County is available. * Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings. * The primary responsibilities of the Advocates are to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families. * All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model * This position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, mileage and activity reimbursement. * Participants age range from 14-21 year of age * Males are highly encouraged to apply!
