Aggregates Management Trainee

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Aggregates Management Trainee Program. This 18-24 month rotational program provides hands-on experience across key operational and business functions while preparing participants for future leadership opportunities within our aggregates business. What You'll Be Doing Participate in structured rotations across aggregates operations, production, maintenance, safety, quality, and business functions. Develop leadership skills by collaborating with teams and supporting operational improvement initiatives. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, productivity, and customer service. Build operational knowledge through hands-on field experience and participation in special projects. Partner with leaders and mentors to create and execute a personalized development plan. Work Environment Combination of office, field, quarry, and outdoor work environments. Exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and industrial settings. Frequent interaction with operations, maintenance, technical, and business teams. Travel will be required throughout the program to gain insight into different business sites and functions.
