You will work closely with AI Architects, business stakeholders, and Korea-based development teams to develop and implement AI-enabled applications utilizing company-provided Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and automation technologies. This role focuses on AI application development, business system integration, requirements gathering, testing, deployment support, and continuous improvement of AI-powered business services. This position offers hands-on experience with enterprise AI solutions, workflow automation, AI agents, and business process innovation within a global semiconductor environment. ________________________________________ 🛠 Key Responsibilities 📌 AI Application Development • Develop AI-enabled business applications using company-provided LLM platforms. • Support the development of AI agent and workflow automation solutions. • Implement application functionality based on solution designs and business requirements. • Collaborate with AI Architects and development teams to deliver AI-powered business services. • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of AI applications. 📌 Business Requirements & Stakeholder Coordination • Work with business users and stakeholders to understand operational needs. • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Communicate requirements and project updates to Korea-based development teams. • Participate in discussions regarding AI-driven process improvements. • Help ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives. 📌 System Integration & Application Support • Develop and maintain integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems. • Support API integrations with internal applications and databases. • Investigate and troubleshoot application issues. • Support users by resolving technical and operational issues. • Maintain technical and operational documentation. 📌 Testing, Deployment & Operations Support • Support testing, deployment, and release activities for AI applications. • Execute test scenarios and validate application functionality. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue tracking. • Assist with production deployment and post-deployment support. • Monitor application performance and participate in continuous improvements. 📌 AI Innovation & Continuous Improvement • Participate in AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. • Identify opportunities for business process automation and efficiency improvements. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools. • Contribute to the enhancement of AI applications and solutions. ________________________________________ 📚 Qualifications 🎓 Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in software development, application development, or application support is preferred. • Experience developing enterprise or business applications is preferred. • Interest in AI technologies, automation, and business process improvement. 💡 Technical Skills • Knowledge of Python, Java, C#, .NET, SQL, or similar technologies is preferred. • Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts. • Experience working with relational databases and SQL. • Ability to troubleshoot application and technical issues. • Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts. • Familiarity with AI tools, LLM platforms, chatbots, or workflow automation technologies is a plus. • Understanding of server, application, and database environments is preferred. • Experience with enterprise or legacy systems is a plus. 🧠 Communication & Coordination Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams. • Ability to gather and communicate requirements effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. • Strong documentation and organizational skills. 🙌 Personal Attributes • Passion for learning new technologies and AI solutions. • Strong ownership and accountability. • Proactive approach to problem-solving. • Adaptability in a fast-changing technology environment. • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. ________________________________________ 🛡 Equal Employment Opportunity Statement SK AX USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
