The Company
Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based embodied artificial intelligence ecosystem company, leveraging the latest technologies and world's best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility and robotics. We're producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles and robots to establish new paradigms in human-AI interaction. At FF, we're creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.
Your Role
FF is treating the company itself as a product built on top of its AI capabilities. As the Corporate Strategy Associate, you will be the analytical and execution engine behind that effort. You will work directly with senior leadership to map how the company operates today, identify what AI agents and automation can replace or simplify, and help design a lean, AI-native operating model. You are not here to add process. You are here to remove it. This is an exceptional seat for a technically strong new graduate who wants early exposure to company-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design of the company's AI-First strategic roadmap, operating model, and organizational structure
Map current business, product, and organizational processes, and identify what can be replaced, simplified, or consolidated by AI agents and automation
Build analyses, models, and prototypes (using code and AI tools) to evaluate options, quantify impact, and support leadership decisions
Prototype AI agents and automated dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into strategy, business, and execution
Help run a lightweight operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) anchored on data and AI-assisted decision-making
Prepare executive briefings, decision memos, and board-level materials that are clear, concise, and decision-ready
Partner with the AI Operations team to use internal operations as the first user and validation ground for FF's AI products
Track strategic initiatives, surface risks early, and remove execution blockers across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams
Research the AI, robotics, and mobility landscape, including competitors, technologies, and partners, and turn findings into recommendations
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, EE, Robotics, or a closely related technical field, completed or expected within the next 6 months (or graduated within the past 12 months); strong business/AI double-majors also considered
Deep curiosity about, and hands-on experience with, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation, including a realistic sense of where AI should and should not be applied
Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for analysis and prototyping
Strong structured thinking: able to break an ambiguous problem down, form a point of view, and defend it with data
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write for executives
Product mindset: able to treat "how the company operates" as a problem to be defined and iterated on
Ability to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, product, or chief-of-staff style roles
Experience at a startup or AI/tech company, or leading a student venture, research project, or hackathon team
Experience building AI agents, copilots, or automation-class products
Familiarity with robotics, EV, or mobility industries
Bias toward lean execution: comfortable doing the work of a much larger team with AI leverage
A portfolio, GitHub, or written analysis demonstrating your thinking
