Airport Services Financial Analyst (Remote) Do you understand airport ground handling operations and enjoy working with numbers? Grupo EULEN is looking for a Financial Analyst who can bridge the gap between airport operations, workforce planning, and financial analysis. This is not your traditional Financial Analyst position. We are particularly interested in professionals who understand how a ground handling operation actually runs—whether your background is in Operations Management, workforce planning, resource planning, or aviation finance and who can translate operational activity into the staffing and costs needed to successfully operate an account. If you understand flight schedules, staffing requirements, productivity, operational hours, and headcount—and you're strong with Excel—we can help you develop the pricing and proposal side of the business. What you'll be doing: Analyze operational hours, flight schedules, and workload data from INFORM. Convert operational hours into realistic headcount and staffing requirements. Build staffing assumptions around shift coverage, supervision, productivity, schedules, and days of operation. Analyze staffing requirements across services including Ramp, Cabin Cleaning, Passenger Services, Baggage, GSE, and other ground handling operations. Use Excel to analyze operational data, staffing requirements, labor costs, and financial assumptions. Support cost models incorporating labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and overhead. Partner directly with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Pricing leadership. Support aviation RFPs, bids, pricing exercises, and new business proposals. Help validate staffing models after contract awards to ensure what was proposed can actually work operationally. Who we're looking for: We're open to candidates coming from different career paths. You could currently be an: ✈️ Airport Operations Manager ✈️ Ground Handling Manager or Supervisor ✈️ Workforce or Resource Planning Analyst ✈️ Aviation Financial/Pricing Analyst ✈️ INFORM or Workforce Planning Specialist What matters most is that you understand ground handling operations and how operational workload translates into people, hours, and cost. Key qualifications: Ground handling or airport operations experience. Experience with INFORM or comparable workforce/resource planning systems strongly preferred. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Ability to translate operational hours into staffing/headcount requirements. Understanding of aviation staffing, productivity, schedules, and operational coverage. Comfortable working with both operational and financial data. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain the story behind the numbers. Experience with RFPs, contracts, pricing, or financial modeling is a plus, but it is not required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant aviation ground handling experience will absolutely be considered. Work Arrangement Candidates near our Miami/Doral office may work on a hybrid schedule. Remote candidates may also be considered if working from an eligible state. Due to current business requirements, remote candidates cannot be based in New York, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, or Washington.
