Paramedic – Ground Transport (ALS) Location: Fruitland, Idaho Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (48-hour schedules available) Annual Pay Range: ~$48K - ~$100K/year (minimum represents 36 hour/week schedule + min experience; maximum represents 48 hour/week schedule + max experience) About Ascent Ascent Medical Transport is a clinician-led, high-performance EMS agency built to raise the regional standard of care. What You'll Do Deliver advanced life support (ALS) care to patients of all acuity levels during interfacility and specialty transports. Apply strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making while collaborating closely with your crew and facility teams. Uphold Ascent's uncompromising standards of safety, professionalism, and documentation excellence. Engage actively in training, case reviews, and quality initiatives designed to push the limits of what ground EMS can achieve.
